We are committed to developing the touring sector in our region, and one of the ways we do this is by delivering a variety of development opportunities for both venues and artists from across the South East of England.

Pitch Up

Pitch Up is an event hosted by house and Farnham Maltings. It’s made up of 5-minute theatre-maker pitches and 2-5-minute venue pitches aimed at sharing new ideas and encouraging the connections to make them happen. Pitches come from theatre-makers, producers and venues in a spirit of openness and collaboration, ensuring it’s a valuable event whether you’re pitching or not.

We host up to three Pitch Up events each year in venues across the South East. The focus, dates and locations vary, so keep an eye on X for the latest news or join our mailing list.

Network Days

Each year, house offers venue colleagues in the South East and East the opportunity to come together to meet, share ideas and address challenges. Network days include presentations, breakout sessions and lunch, with plenty of time to connect with organisations in the network.

It’s a great way to meet with programmers, marketers and venue leaders in the South East. All venues in the South East and East of England are welcome. Events are usually held in London, once or twice a year.
