There isn’t a playbook for running venues or touring theatre. Confidence influences how we approach challenges, unlock potential and create the future of our industry. Confidence helps us to be bolder, strategic and take considered risks, meeting challenge with creativity and being unafraid to experiment.

We foster confidence by:

Organising venue professional development training opportunities led by leading industry experts
Running programming delegations to theatre festivals across the UK and abroad
Offering bursaries to our network members to attend conferences and training events run by other professional bodies within the arts industry
Providing artist touring advice and support from the house team
