Since being established, house has had the support of a steering group of venue leaders, programmers and producers from across the region, with representatives from each county across the South East.

In 2025 following discussions with our network members, we have shifted our model to create three Advisory Groups focusing on the different strands of our work to be more beneficial to house and impactful to our network: Touring; Audiences & Venues and International.

Each group meets three to four times a year to discuss the current climate of the sector and challenges and trends; allowing us to be more reactive as an organisation and to provide support and adapt as needed.
