Watermill Theatre is seeking a Producer to manage the Watermill’s produced work, leading on all productions and co-productions. The Producer will be excited about sharing epic stories, building new audiences and optimising the commercial potential of our in-house produced work.

They will work 40 hours per week, and work closely with the Joint CEOs to nurture the relationships and negotiate terms for the ongoing life of the Watermill’s work, onsite and more widely.
