Worthing Theatres and Museum (WTM) is seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager to help take our brand and box office to the next level. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping how thousands of people experience culture - from world-class theatre and live music to independent cinema, inspiring exhibitions, and unique heritage experiences.

You'll lead and motivate a dedicated team, delivering imaginative and data-driven marketing campaigns that make WTM stand out. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Sales, you'll oversee box office operations, CRM strategies, and audience development initiatives to grow ticket sales, strengthen customer loyalty, and attract new audiences.

From driving group bookings and developing our membership scheme to launching exciting new initiatives like our under-30s programme, you'll champion innovation and inclusivity. With your commercial mindset, you'll also help deliver our revenue management strategy, optimise ticketing and customer engagement tools, and explore new revenue streams, including tourism partnerships.
