The FOH Duty Manager & Events Coordinator is at the heart of our day-to-day operations at The Nutshell - ensuring every visitor, artist and guest has a safe, welcoming and memorable experience.

You’ll oversee front of house, bar and event activity, manage volunteers and casual staff, and support the delivery of private hires, community events and performances. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, takes pride in presentation and enjoys making things run smoothly - from opening night to wedding reception.
