Job Description

The General Manager leads the Operations team to ensure that the building is open and accessible to the many communities who use our site: as a professional performance venue, community hub, hired venue and public cafe. This role ensures the building and its facilities are maintained to the highest standard, dealing with any building issues efficiently and effectively. This role oversees visitor experience, commercial hires income, HR and policy development, and is part of the Senior Leadership Team.
