Ahead of the house tour of A Very Old Man with Enormous Wings, we spoke to Dan Colley, the director of the show about how he channeled his 'inner-eight-year-old' to create this strange and slightly macabre but enthralling and funny show based on Gabriel Garcia Marquez's short story.
Dan talks about the incredible staging of the show featuring tiny cork-made characters and projection which won the show a Dublin Fringe award in 2019. You can bring your eight year old or inner eight year old to see the show when it tours throughout November, starting at Farnham Maltings on Thursday 2 and running until Saturday 25 at the Connaught Theatre in Worthing.
