South Street is located in the centre of Reading and presents a programme of professional performance, encompassing the very best of small-scale theatre, music, comedy and live literature.

South Street is home to the award winning RedCape Theatre, Leo Kay’s company Unfinished Business and our Youth Theatre. South Street has also supported the development of shows with Dante or Die, Laura Mugridge, Inspector Sands, Shams, Cartoon de Salvo, Beady Eye, Periplum, Tom Adams & Wonder.
