A space for everyone. Newly refurbished in 2019, the Hat Factory Arts presents a varied programme of live music gigs, national comedy tours, children and families events and more.

With a diverse programme of events throughout the year, we pride ourselves in presenting work that is fresh and relevant. We are committed to supporting local creatives and promoters as well as bringing national voices to Luton. We believe in nurturing local talent and giving young artists a platform to tell their own story.

The venue boasts 4 performance spaces; our 106 seat studio theatre and 230 space for comedy and music gigs, supported by 2 intimate spaces in our Basement both with capacities of 100 - great for club nights and smaller gigs. The performance spaces are complimented by two flexible creative spaces for R&Ds, wraparound activity or workshop programmes and a café space equipped with PA for open mic style events.
