96 Shenley Road is a new, iconic, multi-purpose community centre. It houses a Theatre, Cinema, the Town Library, a Youth Service area, Elstree and Borehamwood Museum, Meeting and Training rooms as well as a dividable Main Hall. The building is the result of an innovative partnership between Hertfordshire County Council, Hertsmere Borough Council, Elstree and Borehamwood Town Council, and All Saints Church, Borehamwood.
