About venues & artists’ edinburgh networking breakfast
What: house southeast theatre network’s Venues & Artists’ Networking Breakfast
Supporting theatre artists and venues to build stronger relationships
When: Tuesday 25 August, 10am to 12pm
Where: The Library Gallery at Summerhall, 1 Summerhall Place, Edinburgh
Deadline: Friday 14 August, 12pm
house southeast theatre network, and over 25 venue representatives from across the South East, will be returning to Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
We’re pleased to be inviting applications from artists and companies to another of our informal Networking Breakfasts.
Think of it more as meeting new friends than networking; we are here to help spark intentional relationships and meaningful conversations between artists and venues.
We will kick off with a relaxed welcome over tea and coffee, followed by a conversation on what smaller scale touring looks like now, with some useful pointers from industry experts and peers to help you on your own journey.
We’ll then introduce artists and companies to venue representatives, giving you the space to chat about your work and ambitions, and to make connections in person.
We know that most of you will have been working like the clappers, so artists sit back and let the venues come to you, we’ve done the matchmaking.
