We’re inviting colleagues in the house network to nominate a member of their team at the start of their career to join us for a series of online training sessions this summer.
The training programme has been created for young people involved in the Kickstart scheme, however we’ve made a few places available for non-Kickstart employees.
We’re encouraging nominations for employees who:
- are at the start of their career (or career change) and/or found their early career development impacted by the pandemic (e.g. made redundant or furloughed)
- wouldn’t normally be able to access training of this kind
- might benefit professionally from this training for future employment and ambitions.
The government Kickstart scheme supports young people with job placements and wraparound training in a difficult time. Your nomination should be made in the spirit of the Kickstart scheme: to support early-career employees or those impacted professionally by the pandemic.
There are limited spaces. house will fully subsidise each place. Each workshop will take place online via video conferencing (e.g. Zoom).
Please submit the below application by 12noon on Wednesday 23 June. We’ll be in touch within two weeks to let you know.
Information you share as part of the application will be managed in line with house and Farnham Maltings’ privacy policies.
