tour-finder.org is a free national resource for touring artists to list their upcoming tours, and for bookers to easily search for shows for their programme.
In the face of the current global pandemic, touring is currently on hold. But tour-finder is here to support companies, artists, producers and programmers as they consider and reimagine what the future of live performance could be. It’s here to share the work that artists are preparing or are ready to tour (including, new for 2020/2021, their associated Covid-19 compliance measures). It’s here for when venues prepare to reopen and are looking for work to rebuild their artistic programmes.
This video is a step-by-step guide for artists on how to register and upload production content.
The site was created to bridge the gap between programmers and touring artists, and help tours travel more sustainably across England. It should not replace traditional tour booking methods and personal relationships, but makes it easier for programmers and artists to connect, help fill gaps in seasons and make tours more viable
tour-finder.org is delivered by Farnham Maltings with house theatre, with the ambition of ensuring a sustainable, vibrant touring sector.
