Are you looking to tour after the Edinburgh Fringe? Our next touring development day is now open for bookings from artists and companies who want to interrogate and develop their touring practice.
Taking place at Ovalhouse on Wednesday 9th September, the day will be facilitated by the team at house and will include practical tasks on topics such as budgeting, along with peer-to-peer learning. Visit the Eventbrite page to book a place.
Edinburgh artist surgeries
house and Arts Council South East are joining forces to offer surgery sessions at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe for artists, companies and producers based in the South East region. These 1-to-1 sessions are 30 minutes long and are an opportunity to discuss how you can make or tour work in the South East with the house team, venue programmers, or Arts Council Relationship Managers.
Sessions are available 10am-12pm on Tuesday 25th August at Fringe Central. For more information and to request a session, please see the opportunities page of the house website.
For August’s house profile we talked to Sherrell Perkin, General Manager at The North Wall in Oxford. Discussing her passion and the impact her role can have on the perception of the venue and the organisation, you can read the full profile on the house website.
